What We Require in Your Post

  • Word Count: Aim for 800-1000 words.
  • Formatting: Ensure your content is well-organised with a clear outline, strong headers, and a compelling conclusion. We appreciate an approachable yet professional tone, so don’t hesitate to inject a bit of personality into your writing.
  • Keyword Focus: Please optimise your content around a high-traffic keyword to enhance its visibility.
  • Images: Feature a high-quality image with dimensions of at least 1200 by 800 pixels. The image should be free of text.
  • Brief Bio: Please include a concise author bio (1–3 sentences) at the end of your article. Highlight who you are, what you do, and/or what you’re passionate about.
  • AI Content Verification: Prior to submission, generate an AI content detection report using GPTZero.me and QuillBot.com. Be sure to include a clear screenshot of the results with your article.
  • Links: Limit your links to 2 per 500 words, with a mix of 1 external and 2 internal links.

To ensure your submission meets our editorial standards and provides value to our readers, please review the following guidelines carefully:

  1. Author Information: Complete the author details form, including your areas of interest, so we can better understand the topics you’re passionate about.
  2. Content Originality: We are committed to publishing fresh, insightful content. Please review our existing blog posts to ensure your proposed topic hasn’t already been covered.
  3. Quality Standards: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and highly relevant to our audience. Articles should demonstrate depth, clarity, and thought leadership.
  4. AI-Generated Content: We do not accept content generated by AI tools. Publishers reserve the right to reject any material suspected of being AI-produced.
  5. Writing Requirements: Content should be well-written, engaging, and entirely free of spelling, grammar, and formatting errors. Clarity and readability are essential.
  6. Word Count: Articles must be a minimum of 800 to 1,000 words and should be concise, structured, and informative.
  7. Linking Policy: Integrate relevant, high-quality links naturally within the body of your content. Avoid placing links at the beginning or end, and do not use naked URLs.
  8. Promotional Content: We do not accept sales-driven, overly promotional, or self-serving content. Submissions must offer genuine value to our readership.
  9. Plagiarism & Copyright: All content must be 100% unique and plagiarism-free. Do not include copyrighted images or materials without proper permission.
  10. Compliance with Google’s E-E-A-T Guidelines: Articles must align with Google’s E-E-A-T principles and adhere to our internal editorial standards. Submissions failing to meet these requirements may be rejected without notice.
